A tremendous movie that artfully navigates the tumultuous period of Indian history during the Punjab insurgency. Although Dosanjh’s is the stand out performance, the movie shines in ALL departments of the craft. The story of Jaswsnt Singh Khalra needed to be told. The film refers to a dark period where thousands of innocents were killed by terrorists but even more shamefully, thousands of innocents were also killed by the various security agencies whose job was PROTECTING these innocents.
