Small Cheval- Riverside

Small cheval is a spinoff of the famous Au Cheval restaurant. Both places are known for their burgers but Small Cheval is setup on a fast-casual establishment with a simpler menu. The veggie burger was decent but what was really different was the sauce. Typical sauces are some variation of a thousand island sauce but this one was more tangy which set the burger apart from others. The fries were crunchier than I would’ve liked but were salted well. Overall a great pick for a classic burger.
