This ramen place is so affordable, has amazing food and 10/10 ambiance. I recommend going for dinner so it’s dark enough for all the light up signs to show up fully. Many seating options and the cocktails are very creative. It’s also in the heart of downtown San Diego. One of my fav places in the city!!
