“Irani restaurant” in Mumbai is a specific concept that no outside person can be able to comprehend as it may have nothing to do with Iranian food at all. If such a place serves beer then it has to be popular and Cafe New York is exactly that. Situated in South Bombay (SoBo), place has small closely placed dense tables, place packed in evenings but it has it’s own vibe. Food menu is huge and diverse but they make it all nice.
