*Kyoto Engine* is a very popular ramen restaurant! It is a cool modern spot near Nishiki Market, really easy to find. They have yummy vegan and veggie ramen options, which made my day. Staff was friendly and spoke English, and the vibe was lively but still cozy. the vegan dumplings are a must try. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, especially if you have dietary needs. And yes, Tipping is not a thing in Japan - just enjoy the great service!
