This property is part of the Karama skyline as long as one can be in Dubai. Being an old property, the advantage is that the room size is generous but kudos to Park Regis, they have kept them quite contemporary with top class maintenance. Prompt staff service and metro connectivity with BurJuman Mall and Metro station just on the opposite side, makes this the top choice for Indian tourists (please bear with the chatter filled noisy breakfast scene though). Higher floors have a nice city view.
