Since I was going through my own training as a Coach, this book made strong contextual sense. However its not only for to-be-Coaches. It’s a must-read for anyone interested in leadership OR becoming better at it. Bill Campbell’s work with top tech leaders (despite he coming from a sporting background) made this book a fascinating read. It offers valuable lessons on building strong teams and authentic relationships based on trust.
