Bled cream cake or Blejska kremšnita. A slice of artistry served with a side of history, this iconic Slovenian dessert was created in 1953 by the head pastry chef at Hotel Park in Bled. Fluffy vanilla custard and whipped cream are delicately layered between crisp, flaky puff pastry and served in its signature perfect square.
